The Policies listed below have been put in place to help you have the best experience possible.

AVID LASH GUARANTEE

Avid Lashes guarantees quality work. If you have any concerns with the service you receive, we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge. Keep in mind, you have a 48 hr window after your appointment to qualify for the lash guarantee.

APPOINTMENTS

Avid Lashes operates by appointment only at this time; As a courtesy you will receive a confirmation reminder of your appointment 24 hrs prior to your scheduled time with important information on what to expect.
Due to the nature of this service, please do not bring any extra guest with you to your appointment. This is a time for relaxation and lash naps.
Please come to your appointment free of all makeup and with clean lashes. There will be a $10 fee to clean any makeup or dirt from your lashes.

CANCELLATIONS/ NO SHOW

A 24 hour notice is required if you have to cancel or an appointment. Cancellations are accepted by phone, email or txt.
If you NO SHOW your appointment, future appointments may need to be prepaid before booking upon Avid Lashes discretion.

DEPOSITS

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required when booking an appointment (the $25 deposit goes towards your services on the day of your appointment). In the event you have to reschedule the deposit will carry-over to secure your new appointment time.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time for your appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results. Arriving late will cut into your session time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time a $15 late fee will be applied to your service total.

REFUNDS

All services are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, the Avid Lash Guarantee policy ensures to fix any concerns within 2 days after service. If you experience an allergy and are unable to wear the eyelash extensions applied, we will remove them free of charge.

LASH FILL INS

Avid Lashes will not perform fill-in services on work from other salons or lash artists, – NO EXCEPTIONS. If you currently have lash extensions on, you must get them removed before receiving your first new set. This is to avoid the risk of mixing different adhesives and materials from work done by other lash artist to ensure the integrity of the set.
A maximum of 3 fill ins are advised on one lash set. After, the second fill in you must book a new set. Getting a fresh set ensures that your lashes can be thoroughly cleansed and your lash health can be evaluated before proceeding with a new set.

*** ALL Fill-in prices are based on a 40% requirement, anything less then 20 lashes per eye is considered a "Full- Set" and will be charged accordingly.
